Tehzeeb is hereby known as “we”, “us” or just “Tehzeeb” on an e-commerce website. This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with, or use this Site.
The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
To purchase products from Tehzeeb, you will be required to provide personal information to process the order. When you place an order on our website a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
- We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity.
- In case of orders containing perishable items and the delivery location is not covered by our delivery service.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Please review our Privacy Agreement, which also governs your visit to the Site. The personal information/data provided to us by you or your use of the Site will be treated as strictly confidential, under the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to your information being transferred or used in the manner specified in the Privacy Agreement, please do not use the Site.

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site, and all the website design, including, but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code, and software shall remain our property. The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Pakistani copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on site. All ingredients are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
All prices are listed in Rupees and are inclusive of GST and are listed on the Site. Order will not be processed if the cart value is below Rs. 2,000. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card, and Easy Paisa. The order which would be placed by the payment method of International Debit or Credit Card, all such orders will be processed after 5 working days. If you have paid on your debit or credit card, you would not be charged an extra amount of purchased goods.
We list availability information for products listed on the Site, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the Site, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates between 1.5 hours to 2 hours. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail or SMS if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
